The purpose of this Association shall be:

To unite in membership, qualified basketball officials in the Corpus Christi area; to provide training designed to improve the quality of officiating through discussions, lectures, rule interpretation sessions and other methods; to promote knowledge of the rules of basketball among school administrators, coaches, players and the general public; and to furnish competent officials to schools, leagues and others in the Corpus Christi commuting area.
